Set up in one sitting

Six steps from sign-in to a property that heats itself. No new hardware, and nothing changes at a property until you turn it on.

  1. First, sign in and add a card.

Google, Apple or an emailed link. There is no STR Spark password. The first 30 days are free, and after that you pay only for live properties.

  2. Connect your bookings.

Paste a read-only access token from Hospitable, or each listing's calendar link from Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. STR Spark finds your properties and their time zones.

  3. Sign in to your device apps.

Use the account you already use in the Mysa, Dreo, Cooper & Hunter or Cielo app. Every device on it shows up, ready to link.

  4. Match devices to properties.

We suggest matches from the home names in each app. Check them, then link what's left.

  5. Check the dry run.

Each property shows what it would do at every check, and changes nothing. Leave it in a dry run as long as you like; it's free.

    • Kitchen heater would go to 55° ecoNorthwest Retreat is in dry run. Nothing was changed.

    • Living room heater would go to 55° ecoVacant until Sun 16:00.

From then on it checks every 3 hours. You hear from it when a device stops answering or a sign-in stops working, and not otherwise.
